Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

There are many different payment methods you can choose on our website.

Bloomantic supports payment with Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), payment with PayPal and payment by bank transfer.

When paying with the bank transfer method, after finishing your order you will be sent an email with all the references necessary. After payment you will need to send proof of payment to our email (, only then will the order be approved.

Until what time can I order, for a delivery in 24h?

You can place your order until midday for a next day delivery. When placing your order, you can choose the day of delivery, this can be done up to 30 days in advance. We advise you to place your order at the earliest convenience. 


Do you deliver every day of the week?

We deliver our bouquets from Tuesday to Saturday, this way we can guarantee the freshness of the flowers and the quality of our products. On Saturdays deliveries are only made in the morning, with an extra cost.

Complaints and cancellations

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as the shipping process has not started, this means, you can cancel up to the point when you receive the email confirming the order has been shipped.  Refund will follow the chosen payment method for the order.


What happens if my bouquet is not in due condition?

We accept complaints up to 12 hours after the delivery is made, for this we recommend contacting us as soon as you receive your order and realise the damage. For any situation that may happen you can contact us through our email, we will do everything in our power to resolve the matter.

How should I care for my flowers?

Your flowers will not be to demanding. All you have to do is follow the steps explained in the card given to you upon the reception of your order.


If I buy a bloomantic bouquet will I receive one like the photo? What will I receive?

No, the pictures are merely an example. You will receive a bouquet shaped like the ones in the photos but composed especially for you. Therefore, it is of such importance that you give us more information about the purchase, for what occasion or what the person receiving it is like. (Example: “It will be our 10th anniversary together, she is an extrovert and loves bold things.”)


Can I choose the colour of my bouquet?

Yes, you can tell us the colour you would like to see in the bouquet, however there is a possibility that the specific colour is unavailable, we are dependent on stock from out suppliers and produces. We will try to find the closest colour to the one you wanted.
